What are cookies and why do I need them?
A cookie is a small computer file that's sent to your computer by a website to store the details and preferences that you provide to that particular website.
The information gathered with these cookies is used to provide you with the correct language for your current visit and all future visits to the site as well as wether or not you have chosen to be “remembered”.
Any website can send a cookie to your computer if your internet browser is set up to allow it. You can set your browser to accept all cookies or to let you know when a cookie is sent so you have a choice whether or not to let it be stored on your computer.

How do I enable cookies?
Internet Explorer
1. Choose Tools, then Internet Options
2. Click on the Privacy tab
3. Click on the Advanced button
4. Tick the override automatic cookie handling box
5. Select Accept (or Prompt)
Mozilla Firefox
1. Choose Tools from main menu, then Options
2. Click on the Privacy tab
3. Tick the Accept cookies from Site box
4. Click the OK button
Safari
1. Select Safari from main menu, then Preferences
2. Click on the Security tab
3. Select Always to Accept Cookies
4. Click the close button

How do I enable JavaScript and why do I need it?
Internet Explorer
1. Go to Tools then Internet Options
2. Click on the Security tab
3. Click on Custom Level
4. Scroll down until you see a section labelled Scripting
5. Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK
Mozilla Firefox
1. Go to Tools then Options
2. Click on the Content tab
3. Make sure there is a tick in the box next to Enable JavaScript
4. Click OK
Safari
1. Go to Safari
2. Click on Preferences
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Make sure there is a tick in the box next to Enable JavaScript
5. Close preferences
You require Javascript to enable the web page to act dynamically and to enable many common features such as animated menus.

Why isn't Flash recognised?
If you keep getting told to install Flash, existing versions need to be uninstalled before you reinstall it. How do I play a video?
On the video page a video will be paused ready to being playing in the media player. To change what is playing click on the video's thumbnail graphic, and the new video will launch in the media player.

What computers/operating systems and browsers do you support to watch a video?
Our content is streamed in Flash Video. To support the video player, you must be using a PC running a standard Microsoft Operating system or an Apple Mac. We currently fully support our video on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers on both the PC and Mac.

What are the minimum requirements for viewing video on a PC?
For Internet Explorer users
Operating system: Windows Vista with Service Pack 1, Windows XP with Service Pack 2, or Windows 2000 with Service Pack 2
CPU: P3 (minimum) P4 (recommended)
Speed: 800MHz (minimum) 1.2GHz (recommended)
Ram: 256Mb (minimum) 512Mb (recommended)
Free disk space : 500Mb (minimum) 1Gb (recommended)
Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels
Internet connection: Broadband (minimum), 512Kbps or greater (recommended)
Browser: Internet Explorer 6, SP1 or higher
Flash player: Flash Player 8 or higher (recommended)

I'm not sure that my internet connection is fast enough, how do I find out?
To watch our video, you need a broadband connection with a download speed of at least 512Kbps. Your internet service provider can tell you what speed connection you have signed up for, but you may also test your current connection speed at http://www.speedtest.net

The text size on the site is very small and difficult to read, how can I make it bigger?
There is an option towards the top left of the site to increase the font size. In addition:
For Internet Explorer users
You can increase the text size by clicking on "view" in the top menu bar of your browser and selecting "text size"; choose the size text you would like to use.
For Firefox users
You can increase the text size by clicking on "view" in the top menu bar of your browser and selecting "text size"; choose to increase the text size.
